You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards issued by any bank, provided the card issuer has not prohibited its use for online purchases.
Transaction Security
Purchases of products via
www.alphapolitismos.gr are made securely through the Alpha e-Commerce service, which complies with international security standards for online card-based payments.
The web page in which you enter your card details is provided by Alpha Bank. Your card details (number, expiry date and Security Code) are encrypted and transmitted to your card-issuing bank for debit approval. These details are not communicated to any third party.
The technology and the systems used to ensure the security of your purchases include the following:
• Encryption of your card details (SSL 128).
• Digital security certificate of the Alpha Bank web page. To confirm the authenticity of the web page, look for the padlock icon.
• Alpha Bank’s security systems that log and protect the access to its systems and the data stored in them.
• Mandatory use of an additional security code, if required by the card-issuing bank, so that your card will be securely debited for online purchases (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey®).
Product prices
The product prices listed in the e-shop are final prices (inclusive of V.A.T.). The e-shop maintains the right to change prices without prior notice. E-shop visitors always pay the amount indicated in their order, even in the case where the price will have changed by the delivery date. Offer prices of products are valid during the period of time stated.
Shipping
To destinations in Greece
Orders are delivered by the associated courier service (Speedex) within two (2) or three (3) working days after the order receipt confirmation is sent by the Alpha Bank Cultural Foundation. On the contrary, in the case of island destinations and areas not easily accessible, the time required to deliver an order may extend up to seven (7) working days.

*For remote and not easily accessible areas: shipping is free of charge for purchases worth over Euro 50.
To destinations abroad
Shipping to destinations abroad is handled by the associated courier service (DHL). Deliveries in Europe take place within four (4) working days, whereas in the case of other countries within seven (7) working days.

Shipping charges to destinations abroad vary according to the country.
Any duties and special taxes determined by customs authorities in countries outside the European Union are paid by the recipients. Please note that it is not always possible for us to know the exact amount of these charges.
