During the annual IACCCA (International Association of Corporate Collections of Contemporary Art) meeting, Dr Despoina Tsourgianni, head of the Alpha Bank Art Collection, presented the Collection to representatives of corporate collections from 6 countries.

The Alpha Bank Art Collection is part of the IACCCA member network. Dr Despoina Tsourgianni gave a concise presentation of the Collection, showcasing iconic works, actions and management issues. This was followed by an extensive discussion on institutional and organisational matters concerning corporate art collections at a European level. Participants had the opportunity to exchange interesting insights and experiences.

IACCCA OGA in Athens and Delphi

This year’s IACCCA OGA in Athens and Delphi took place at the old Ellinikon airport facilities on 6-8 November. Representatives from corporate collections from Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Germany attended the meeting.
Each year, IACCCA hosts for its members:

  • 1 general assembly in the spring.
  • 1 seminar in autumn.

The attendees visit museums and cultural venues, and participate in workshops and conferences on curating corporate art collections.
