Shipping and Returns

All orders are sent through associated courier companies.

If there are any problems with your order, we contact you so you may confirm whether you wish to go ahead with it.

Alternatively, you may pick up your order from our store, located at 40 Stadiou Street, 10252 Athens, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.

Shipping within Greece

You receive your order within 2-3 working days from the date we send you the order confirmation. If you live on an island or a remote area within Greece, the delivery of your order may take up to 7 days.

Shipments are delivered by our associated courier company Speedex.

The shipping fees for Greece depend on the area where you live and the weight of the package:

Attica

  • €3.53 (VAT incl.) for up to 5 kg.
  • €0.85 for every additional kg.

Rest of Greece

  • €5.83 (VAT incl.) for up to 5 kg.
  • €0.85 for every additional kg.

Shipments abroad

You receive your order:

  • In 4 working days if you live in Europe.
  • In 7 working days if you live in a country outside Europe.

Shipments are delivered by our associated courier company DHL.

The shipping costs for abroad depend on the country where you live.

If you live outside the EU, you may be charged with special taxes and duties, in line with the local custom authorities.

You may return any products you bought from the alphapolitismos.gr website within 14 calendar days from the day you receive them.

Product return process

Email us at infopolitismos@alpha.gr. State the:

  • Reason for the return, e.g. delayed shipment, damaged product, etc.
  • Return settlement option you choose.

If you do not want to provide a reason for the return, fill in and send us the withdrawal form you will find in the package you received.

For returned products to be accepted, they must:

  • Be returned to us within 14 days from the day you notify us of the return.
  • Be in the condition you received them.

You may return your order any way that is convenient for you.

Return settlement options

You may settle the return by:

  • Getting a refund of the amount you paid – We refund you once you return the product or after you have sent us the returned product receipt.
  • Exchanging it for a new product – You may choose the same product or another. If there is a price difference between the 2 products, the difference is credited or debited to the card you used to pay for the initial product.

Return costs

The e-shop pays for the cost of the returned product only if:

  • The product was late in arriving (force majeure excluded).
  • The product is damaged or a knock-off.

In all other cases, the costs are paid by you.
